Seidlitz Engineering Ltd. (SEL) considers that the quality of all work and services performed by its personnel is of the utmost importance to the Company and shall not be compromised.

All work performed by SEL shall fully conform to the applicable regulatory and legal requirements, shall follow the Code of Ethics of the Engineering Profession and shall meet the requirements of this Quality Manual.

The Client and SEL will agree to the division of responsibilities between the Client and SEL. Where SEL accepts responsibility for the activities of others, the requirements of this Quality Manual will apply fully to those activities.

The President of SEL shall stipulate the quality based objectives of the Company and shall make all required decisions in the interpretation of this Quality Manual. The President shall put the Quality Manual into force and supervise its effectiveness.

Each person employed by SEL has the authority and responsibility of performing their assigned duties in accordance with the Quality Manual.
